Pacifica Institute and Stanford Cultural Interactions Club held an interfaith dialogue seminar at Stanford University. The invited speaker was Father Dr. Thomas Michel SJ, Woodstock International Fellow at Georgetown University, and former Head of the Office for Islam at Vatican Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue. Following an introduction by Rev. Scotty McLennan, Dean for Religious Life at Stanford University, Father Michel talked about his interfaith dialogue efforts and experience as a Catholic priest in Indonesia, Philippines and Turkey.
