On Sunday March 17, former Senator Joe Simitian was sworn in as Santa Clara County Supervisor by Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Joseph Huber in Palo Alto, CA.
This is Mr. Simitian’s second term as a Supervisor. He was on the board from 1997-2000. He represents District 5, which includes Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills, the northwestern half of Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Palo Alto.
