“I was deeply saddened by the news of the wildfires in California that took away lives of at least 40.

I extend my sincere condolences to the residents of California and to the American people, especially those who lost their loved ones during the fires and those who were affected by it.

At this difficult time, I urge everyone to support those who were impacted by the fires as well as the rescue and relief workers.

I pray to God, the Most Compassionate, to grant speedy recovery for the wounded and to provide perseverance to the firefighters, and the rescue & relief workers.”

How To Help

California is suffering from its history’s most destructive wildfires. Hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced and thousands of homes have been destroyed so far. Death toll is at least 31 for now, but the multiple wildfires have already burned more than 110,000 acres of land in the North and another 88,000 acres in the South. Statewide, about 149,000 are still under orders to leave their homes.

We are running an emergency campaign to assist ongoing relief efforts in California. Join our campaign today!
