Pacifica Institute Sunnyvale Branch held first of its luncheon series on May 8th at our office in Sunnyvale, together with Pacifica Institute. Our distinguished guest was the mayor of the city of Sunnyvale Anthony (Tony) Spitaleri. Mayor Spitaleri talked about community involvement and how each individual can make a difference by getting involved in various organizations in their communities. He encouraged the audience to get involved in schools, support groups and other organizations. A delicious Turkish style meal was served for lunch after the Q&A session.
