On Sunday October 14th, 2012, \u00a0Pacifica Institute participated at the\u00a0Day on the Bay: A Multicultural Festival at the Alviso Marina County Park presented by Supervisor Dave Cortese and Santa Clara county parks and recreational department. \u00a0Pacifica Institute had two full booths decorated with hand made Turkish motives, rugs, decorations and many informational documents about Turkiye. \u00a0The volunteers had a great time meeting with the public and providing information. \u00a0The booths were busy from start to end. \u00a0Booth Turkiye was very popular\u00a0among\u00a0the community.\u00a0 Pacifica Institute would like to thank all the volunteers for organizing and participating at the Day on the Bay. \u00a0We are looking forward to participating at next years event.<\/p>\n
