On Sunday, September9, 2012, Turkish American community from Pacifica Institute and Abrahamic Alliance International met at Pacifica Institute and prepared meal for 300 homeless in the bay area. The meal was then taken to the City Team International located in San Jose, to be shared with the needy.
Reynolds Stewart, Food Service Manager from City Team, sends his appreciation of Pacifica institutes members involvement, and were glad to see us once again.
Rod Cardoza, Executive Director of Abrahamic Alliance, made the comments of, how Pacifica Institute and its members are very active in the bay area and their involvement within the community is positive and encouraging service to our neighborhoods. We are glad to have Pacifica Institute in the bay area.
Mahmut Altun, Director of Pacifica Institute, thanks the Turkish Americans from Pacifica Institute for their time and service to the community. We very much appreciate the family time they spend preparing the food and serving the homeless with us on a Sunday afternoon. Looking forward to next time.
