The Fourth International Women of the Mountains (IWM) conference took place on 7-9 October, 2015 at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, co-organized by UVU and the International University of Kyrgyzstan (IUK) under the auspice of the Mountain Partnership.
The women of the mountains conference addresses issues critical to women and children of the mountainous nations. These nations are often impoverished and underdeveloped; their women and children suffer disproportionately from the conditions.
The agenda for the conference includes a business fair with local organizations on 9 October 2015.
