HOLY JOURNEY
Event Summary
On the 7th of September, a presentation about Holy Journey took place during an event where a speaker shared their experience of a long journey. They reflected on the desire to reconnect with loved ones, something they had been unable to do due to time and distance. The speaker posed a thoughtful question to the audience: “Wouldn’t it be helpful to have friends who could carry your longing, love and presence in your absence?”
The journey, which spanned 4,225 miles, brought together tens of Christians and Muslims. During the program, they listened, shared memories, and engaged with the stories from the journey. The event concluded with a collective focus on the importance of working together for peace and unity, leaving attendees with a sense of shared purpose.
