We’re excited to invite you to a community education session on Health and Wellness presented by Sandra Stafford Cecil RN.
Sandra has been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, providing patient care across life’s spectrum, from Labor and Delivery, Neonatal ICU, and Pediatric Oncology, to Emergency Medicine and Polytrauma.
She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Nursing, and a Master’s degree as a Clinical Nurse Leader, as well as numerous specialty certifications in the fields of Rehabilitation and Emergency Care.
She believes health is a combination of genetics, lifestyle choices, and metabolic luck, but Wellness is an attitude toward living, something that you can control and shape as you age.
